How long does it take to make a bespoke suit at SartoLad?
A complete bespoke suit typically takes 2-3 weeks with 2-3 fittings. The process includes fabric & design consultation, measurements, pattern making, fittings, and finishing. For urgent events, we offer express service within 1 week (additional fee applies).
How much does a bespoke suit at SartoLad cost?
Bespoke suits at SartoLad range from 5,000,000 VND to 25,000,000+ VND (approx. $140 - $1,000+ USD) depending on fabric choice. We carry 500+ fabric options from prestigious mills.
Does SartoLad make wedding suits?
Yes. Wedding suits are one of SartoLad's signature services. We provide expert guidance on color and style matching your wedding theme, silhouette suited to your body type and skin tone. Comes complete with accessories: ties, bow ties, pocket squares, suspenders.
Where is SartoLad located? Is there parking?
SartoLad is located at 7B Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Central location with ample car parking right in front of the shop. Open daily 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
What is the difference between bespoke, made-to-measure (MTM) and ready-to-wear (RTW)?
Bespoke is the highest tier: 100% handcrafted, detailed measurements, individual paper pattern for each client, 2-3 fittings, customization of every stitch. Made-to-measure (MTM) uses pre-existing templates with fewer fittings. Ready-to-wear (RTW) is fixed sizing. Bespoke delivers the most personalized fit and individuality.
Does SartoLad offer warranty?
Yes. SartoLad offers lifetime fit adjustment warranty for all suits made at our atelier. Includes: waist adjustment, sleeve alteration, lining replacement, collar resizing. Customers returning years later can still have their suit recalibrated to current fit.
I am not in Vietnam. Can I order a bespoke suit online?
SartoLad prefers in-person fittings for the best quality. For returning clients with measurements on file, we accept online orders and ship internationally. New clients are recommended to visit HCMC for an initial fitting session (1 day).
